Obituary of Louis George Wittman

Louis George Wittman was born January 12, 1939, in Evanston, Indiana, to Bruno and Madeline Wittman. He passed from our lives on July 3, 2023. Louis is survived by a sister, Judith Wellin; a nephew, Brian Wellin; a nephew, Eric Wellin, and his children, Elizabeth and Rebecca; and a nephew, John Wellin, his wife, Denise Wellin, and their children Alexander and Adrianna. Louis will be laid to rest at Our Savior Lutheran Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Louis served in the United States Army from 1961-1963. He was an automotive mechanic throughout his career and spent a few years as a lawn care professional after moving to Florida.

Louis was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend to so many.

Louis will be forever missed, and his death leaves an empty place in our hearts. His life touched us in such amazing ways, and those memories, his love, laugh, and light will live on in all of us for the rest of our days.
