The St. Petersburg Police Department will commemorate the anniversary of Officer David S. Crawford's death in the line of duty. The ceremony (February 21, 2012) will start at 10:20 p.m. and will be held in the breezeway at Police Headquarters at 1300 First Ave. N. A moment of silence will be observed at 10:37 p.m., when the "officer down" call went out over the police radio one year ago today.
